Creating a Comfortable Routine for Manifestation

A routine is essential for getting yourself into a place of feeling good and manifestation. Without a routine you will be sporadic with your intention and will only apply your processes now and then which is not likely to have enough of an effect on your overall feeling.

For me and in my own personal experience having a routine has been invaluable. It has kept me accountable for consciously feeling good even when Ive had some not so good days.

Your routine should be comfortable for you. It should not be a chore of any kind, it must be something that you look forward to and really want to do. No one else can choose what will be right for you, and so you are the best and only person to decide what is right for you.

I have created a morning and evening routine.

I spend 2 hours in the mornings and 2 hours in the evenings doing my processes. I also carry certain processes into my day time routine, however these are only refreshers to keep me in a place of feeling good.

Now you may be thinking, Ive got to give up 4 hours to feeling good every day? No. Not at all. This is what I do because it makes me feel good. In fact if you could get into the habit of doing processes for just 30 minutes in the evening and 30 minutes in the morning then this could be just as powerful to you.

I love giving time to myself and I love making myself feel good and so I want to give as much time to myself to do it!

So the first step to ensuring that you will stick to your manifestation processes is to make a routine that you are comfortable with.

Next you need to pick out the processes that feel really good to you and ensure you stick to them on a daily basis. Remember, this should be a fun and exhilarating process for you, so if it feels like a chore or hard work, then its not something you should do. Here are some suggestions to help get you started;

  • Meditation
  • Gratitude Diary
  • Feel Good Statements
  • Vision Board
  • Music

Hurricane of Fear

Have you noticed how fear demands your immediate attention?

Manipulation through fear by people in positions of authority pervades every aspect of our culture. Media use fear to get ratings. Politicians use fear to get votes. Corporations use fear to sell products. Government uses fear to influence public opinion, i.e. Saddam Hussein has weapons of mass destruction Its a slam dunk!

In the thirty-five years my parents lived in Florida they experienced numerous deadly hurricanes. What did they do without up-to-the-minute satellites and experts telling them what to do? They listened to weather reports, trusted their instincts and did what was necessary to survive. Accustomed to thinking for themselves, previous generations relied on their ingenuity to make creative intelligent decisions.

In March I was at a Bed and Breakfast in Key West. While chatting with the friendly desk clerk I asked him whether he was among the thousands of individuals who evacuated the Keys last year in advance of Hurricane Wilma. He told me hes lived in the Keys for twenty-five years and thus far the weather hasnt driven him out of his house, which is on concrete stilts. Nevertheless, he does have a just-in-case plan.

Even with good leadership, government is limited in what it can do to protect citizens at home. In the case of the ultimate catastrophe, the federal governments first priority is not we the people. It is the survival of the countrys leaders and lawmakers. We cannot rely on government for protection from monumental natural disasters, plagues and terrorist attacks. Government can provide advice such as the emergency Go Bag suggestion that followed the September 11 terrorist attack. Most people probably have forgotten about Go Bags. In a season of quiet, Americans have a tendency towards complacency. But hey, the man in the red cape is not going to fly to the rescue of Metropolis. Survival depends on savvy individuals who are prepared. Think of it as an extended camping trip that includes the pet pooch.

Too often we dont realize we have a choice. Either we can react to fear or we can think for ourselves and make intelligent decisions. In Neale Donald Walschs Conversations With God, Book 2, he makes an interesting comparison between Reactive and Creative: Notice they are the same word. Only the C has been moved! When you C things correctly, you become Creative, rather than Reactive.

This may sound a bit contrived. Maybe you challenge his books or think hes a phony. What difference does it make? Doesnt your life involve a series of choices? Following like sheep is easy but dumb. Being creative requires some clear independent thinking.

President Franklin Roosevelt led the American people into and out of war by reminding them that fear is a state of mind which only begets more fear. Anything can happen. The stock market will head south. It frequently does. Interest rates will rise. They often do. There will be a deadly plague. Been there too. Thousands will die from terrorist bombs. They already have. Living in constant fear of what might happen is insane.

Imaginative independent thinking people like Thomas Edison or Bill Gates for example, have made America the most creative nation on earth. But if we allow government and corporations to think for us, we are nothing but lemmings; we destroy the democracy our enlightened Founding Fathers created, and we fail the millions of Americans who died for it.

The number of people that cannot locate a renowned country on a map, or name their congressional representatives is embarrassing. Yet they know exactly how Tom and Katie delivered their baby and who is the next American Idol. I am a lighthearted person. Without carefree, fun loving people and experiences in my life Id be bored and boring. But theres a difference between the fairytale of celebrity living, and living the fairytale of celebrity.

Subliminally and overtly, we are being conditioned to believe the falsehoods and fairytales of the American Dream. The fairytale of Santa Claus, the fairytale of the Mayflower, the pilgrims and the first Thanksgiving; the fairytale of the way the West was won, the fairytale of why we went to war in Iraq, even the fairytale of the fairytale wedding next time you see the clip of Princess Diana walking down the aisle, take a good look at the poor girls face.

"To everything there is a season, and a time to every purpose under heaven." Ecclesiastes 3.1. Now I believe in this truth. But it is the choices we make in life that determine the season.

How to Use Teleseminars to Promote Your Business and Generate Quick Cash

Can I share a secret with you?

Teleseminars are some of the easiest money I've ever made.

Chances are you've attended a teleseminar lately. Why not produce them yourself? These seminars by phone are fun and easy to do.

Giving FREE teleseminars is a fabulous way to promote your business, help your prospects get to know you better, increase your e-zine subscribers, and jack-up sales. I offer a free monthly teleseminar that gives people an introduction to what I teach (how to get business via an e-zine). These calls generate me tons of new e-zine subscribers and sales for my home study courses.

Giving PAID teleseminars promotes your business and generates revenues as well. I do one paid teleseminar at least every two months on a different marketing topic, and sometimes I invite a special guest. Each of these events grosses me between $5,000 and $10,000.

You should also consider offering an "intensive" or "bootcamp" series of multi-week teleseminars. You can break up aspects of one topic or do a series on multiple, related topics. My former "4-Week E-zine Launch Telebootcamps" went for $497 and sold out every time.

To get started, you'll need:

1. a bridge line. For less than 30 people, FreeConference.com has worked fine for me. (Yes, it's FREE.) For more people or for paid events, I use a paid line such as from Great Teleseminars, because they come with personal service and an operator if anything goes wrong.

2. an automated way for people to sign up. I use, LOVE, and wholeheartedly recommend AutoWebBusiness. It's an online shopping cart program that comes complete with e-mail autoresponders and link tracking. It also lets you do coupon offers for special groups, and you can automatically track commissions for affiliates.

3. a way to record your teleseminars. You'll want to provide the audio for people to listen to later online or you can make CDs. Record yourself with inexpensive software like Sonic Foundry's Sound Forge Studio, or hire someone to do it for you. I use AudioStrategies (http://www.AudioStrategies.com).

But there's a LOT more to it... How do you get signups, especially if you have a small list?
Where can you advertise your teleseminars?
What days and times will get you more people?
How much should you charge?
How can you get expert guests on your calls for free?
How should you prepare handouts and visuals?
Do people really want CDs, or are they happy with online audio?
WHERE do you start?

The First 90 Days - Hire, Fire or Put Your Lover on Probation

Until your employer has tangible proof that you are capable of doing the job that you were hired to do, you will be placed on probation for 90 days. Most companies dont care if you break your leg or why you are late within your first ninety days on a new job. They are more concerned about detecting early warning signs of unproductive personal characteristics that may cost them money in the future. In ninety days your true character will come out in small and big ways. Employers will observe whether or not your reports are completed in a timely manner; how well you get along with coworkers; and whether or not you are a self-starter.

They are not being sneaky or underhanded in their assessment of your skills and commitment to their organization. A couple of interviews, calling a few select references and an impressive resume are not enough background resources to determine the true long-term character of a person. So before they enroll you into their 401K retirement plan and pay for your advanced college degree, most companies will observe your work ethic in 90-days to determine if you are worthy of being employed with their company.

Before interviewing your potential mate for a significant role in your life; first write down a clear description of what it is you want in a relationship. You must first establish the description, skills and experience that are needed to be in a loving relationship with you. Consider what your needs are now and how they will change over time. An employers ninety day assessment is analogous to dating relationships. You only need three months to determine if this person is worthy of investing your heart into the relationship.

Most people see warning signs, but think that time will change that person as opposed to time revealing to you who that person is. What a person reveals to you early in the relationship usually doesnt change. They show you through words or deeds who they are. If you mainly focus on what you have to give the relationship, youll never see what the other person have to offer and secondly, determine if you are interested in what they are presenting to you.

Read the following ninety day assessment to determine if you should hire, fire or put your lover on probation.

When you first began dating him, he enjoyed going to clubs, plays and spending time at the coffee shop. Six weeks into the relationship, he cant seem to turn the television off. Youre baffled. How could he change from Mr. Social Butterfly to Mr. Couch Potato in a matter of weeks? Its simple. During the mating dance, in the early stages of the relationship people try to impress each other. Dont take their dating mask at face value. The purpose of this mask is to attract and reel in a mate, but is not representative of what they are really like in a long term relationship.

Warning: Pay more attention to a persons behavior patterns than their words. In addition to your ears, listen with your eyes. If he is telling you that he loves you and his actions indicate otherwise; believe what you see.

Take note as to why his previous relationships ended. Is he newly single because he was caught cheating on his ex-wife? Ask questions and listen to him carefully as to how he treated the women is his past. This is a good indicator as to how he will treat you in the future.

Pay close attention to how he feels about his mother and other female family members. Consciously or unconsciously most men will gauge the character of other women by their mothers behavior. A male client once stated, I can never trust any woman because I saw my mother having sex with my fathers brother. Dinner was always, hot, delicious and on-time when my father came home. I now see all women as two-faced whores. He told his wife this on their first date, but she continues to wonder why he doesnt trust her.

Bi-sexuality in more common than most people would like to admit to. Ask him if he has ever been involved in a same sex relationship in a nonjudgmental manner. Youll never be woman enough to keep a man who is attracted to other men.

Does he call when he says that he will; is he dependable and reliable? Does he tell you that he is coming over and doesnt show up or explain what happened? You cant predict his behavior from one moment to the next.

He still resides in the same home with his wife or girlfriend, but is in the process of find his own place. If he had not found his own place in ninety days, tell him to call you after he has moved out on his own.

What is he looking for in a relationship and where does he see himself in five years. Are you looking for a husband with a man who has clearly stated that he is not interested in getting married or is afraid of commitments? Your kisses will not dazzle him into changing his mind. If you want marriage and he doesnt, keep looking.

Within 90 days in most cases, you should have had your first disagreement. How does he express himself when he is angry? Is he physically or verbally abusive? If so, chances are he is not going to change.

Has he introduced you to anyone important to him? Have you met his family, close friends or job colleagues? Meeting people who know him will tell you more about him that anything he could ever tell you.

Has he ever been involved with the law? What places have he traveled to? What are some of his major dreams? What is his middle name, favorite movies, songs, and games. Be creative in discovering if the person you are dating possess the characteristics that will make you happy in a relationship.
